Over the years, Grokstream has evolved significantly—from our roots in AIOps to a broader, continuously learning, agentic operations platform. At the same time, the use of the name “Grok” has expanded significantly in the market, creating increasing potential for confusion about who we are and what we do.

We believe the time is right for a name that is distinctly ours and better reflects both the company we have become and where we are headed.

We are beginning the transition now, and you will start seeing the Droma name and identity across our website,
platform, communications, and market presence.

For our customers and partners, no action is required at this time. Our Account Management and Legal
teams will be in touch as needed regarding contracts, billing and vendor systems, or other administrative
updates.

While our name is changing, our team, technology, and commitment to our customers and partners remain the
same.
